  • If You Are Under The Age Required In Your Region, A Parent Or Guardian Must Agree On Your Behalf.

Updates To Acceptance

Exactly What Is And Is Not Covered By This License

Covered Material

  • Mods, Mod Packs, Data Packs, Resource Packs And Shaders I Publish.
  • Source Code, Configuration Files And Build Scripts I Author.
  • Website Content Including Text, Layout, Graphics And Branding.

Excluded Material

  • Third-Party Libraries, Engines Or Frameworks Retain Their Own Licenses.
  • Minecraft Itself, And Any Mojang Or Microsoft Owned Assets, Are Not Covered Here.
  • Community Submissions Are Governed By Their Own Submission Terms.

Platform Independence

  • This License Applies Regardless Of Which Platform You Downloaded The Content From.
  • Mirrors On Other Sites Do Not Change Or Replace These Terms.

Territorial Scope

  • This License Applies Worldwide, Wherever The Content Is Accessed Or Used.
  • Local Laws That Grant You Additional Rights Are Not Overridden By This Document.

Severability

  • If One Clause Is Found Unenforceable, The Rest Of This License Remains In Effect.
  • An Unenforceable Clause Will Be Read In A Way That Keeps Its Original Intent Where Possible.

Personal Use License

What You Can Freely Do As An Individual Player Or Fan

Download And Install

  • You May Download And Install Any Publicly Released Project For Personal Use.
  • You May Use These Projects On Any Number Of Your Own Devices.

Personal Modification

  • You May Edit Configuration Files For Your Own Private Setup.
  • Personal Edits May Not Be Redistributed Without Following Section 4.

Streaming And Content Creation

  • You May Stream, Record And Publish Videos Using My Projects.
  • Monetizing Such Content Through Ads Or Sponsorships Is Permitted.
  • A Credit Or Link Back To Kyriadon'S Dungeon Is Appreciated But Not Required.

Private Servers

  • You May Use My Projects On Private, Non-Commercial Servers With Friends.
  • Charging Players For Access To A Server Running My Content Requires Section 4 Permission.

Backups

  • You May Keep Personal Backups Of Anything You Have Legitimately Downloaded.
  • Backups May Not Be Shared Publicly As A Substitute For The Official Download.

Redistribution & Derivative Works

Sharing, Forking And Building On Top Of My Projects

Requesting Permission

  • Redistribution Of Unmodified Files Requires Written Permission From Me.
  • Requests Can Be Made Through The Support Channels On The Discord Server.

Derivative Projects

  • Modifying A Project And Releasing Your Own Version Requires Prior Approval.
  • Approved Derivatives Must Clearly Credit The Original Project And Author.

Open-Source Contributions

  • Pull Requests To Public Repositories Are Welcome Under Their Repository License.
  • Contributing Code Grants Me A Perpetual Right To Use That Contribution.

Mirrors And Reuploads

  • Reuploading My Projects To Other Platforms Without Permission Is Not Allowed.
  • Approved Mirrors Must Link Back To The Original Release Page.

Compilations And Packs

  • Including My Work In A Larger Mod Pack Requires Explicit Permission Per Pack.
  • Permission Granted For One Pack Does Not Extend To Future Or Unrelated Packs.

Restrictions

Actions That Are Not Permitted Under This License, Without Exception.

Commercial Use Restrictions

What Is Never Allowed Without A Separate Written Agreement

Selling My Work

  • You May Not Sell, License Or Sublicense My Projects For Money.
  • This Includes Selling Access Behind A Paywall Or Subscription.

Repackaging For Profit

  • You May Not Bundle My Projects Into A Paid Product Without Agreement.
  • This Includes Marketplace Listings On Third-Party Storefronts.

Server Monetization Limits

  • Charging For Ranks, Perks Or Access That Depend On My Content Is Not Allowed.
  • General Server Donations Unrelated To My Content Are Not Restricted By This Clause.

Advertising Restrictions

  • My Branding May Not Be Used To Advertise Unrelated Commercial Products.
  • Sponsored Content Involving My Projects Requires Prior Written Approval.

Enforcement Of This Section

  • Violations May Result In A Takedown Request Or Formal Legal Action.
  • Repeated Violations Will Result In A Permanent Ban From All My Community Spaces.

Prohibited Conduct

Behaviour That Is Never Permitted Under This Agreement

Malicious Modification

  • Injecting Malware, Trackers Or Hidden Code Into My Projects Is Strictly Forbidden.
  • Distributing A Modified Copy That Harms Users In Any Way Is Prohibited.

Impersonation

  • Claiming To Be Me Or An Official Representative Of This Website Is Not Allowed.
  • Creating Fake Download Pages That Mimic This Website Is Strictly Prohibited.

Circumventing Protections

  • Bypassing Licensing Checks, Watermarks Or Access Restrictions Is Not Permitted.
  • Reverse Engineering For The Purpose Of Removing Attribution Is Prohibited.

Automated Abuse

  • Scraping This Website At A Rate That Degrades Service For Others Is Not Allowed.
  • Automated Account Creation Or Vote Manipulation Is Strictly Prohibited.

Reporting Violations

  • Suspected Violations Of This Section Can Be Reported Through Discord Support.
  • Reports Are Reviewed Promptly And Handled At My Sole Discretion.

  • Support Channels Must Be Used Respectfully And For Genuine Issues.

Feedback And Suggestions

Automatic Termination

Voluntary Termination

  • You May Stop Using My Projects At Any Time For Any Reason.
  • Uninstalling A Project Ends Your Active Use But Not Past Obligations.

Effect Of Termination

  • Upon Termination, You Must Stop Distributing Any Related Derivative Work.
  • Sections Covering Liability And Ownership Survive Termination.

Reinstatement

  • Access May Be Reinstated At My Sole Discretion Following A Review.
  • Reinstatement Is Never Guaranteed And May Include Additional Conditions.

No Refunds

  • Since All Core Projects Are Free, Termination Does Not Involve Any Refund.
